Most companies with whom we compete don’t operate in this way; many are production shops with a designated and experienced principal but choose to concentrate on the quantity of work that can be rather the quality of work than can result from our approach. Their plan is not wrong for them but is clearly different from ours. I have noticed as a teacher, professional and businessman that the lifeblood of my chosen field, apprenticeship and mentoring has largely disappeared. I make it my mission to use each assignment as an opportunity to provide a learning and contributing environment and one in which the answer is not just mine and certainly not just because I say so. A native Floridian from Sarasota he has worked on a fascinating portfolio of properties and locales for a variety of clients and needs. Above all else Robert is a “Market Analyst” subscribing to the notion that it is less important to know just what the value is and far more important to know why. He is considered an expert in market analysis and highest and best use and is a noted teacher, speaker, writer and current curriculum developer for the Appraisal Institute. His strengths include public arena speaking, writing and thinking on his feet. He functions as a highly skilled expert witness in real estate related litigation.
